ONE OF OUR OWN NEEDS HELP

Hello All, As you may know by now, there was an article in the newspaper about someone needing help. That someone is Kim Moreland. She has recently found out that she has cervical cancer. She is going to need surgery and then she will need to get chemotherapy. Kim is fixing to go through a pretty hectic and tough time.

Kim is the single Mom of her son John Kelly and the sole money maker of her household.

Kim needs our help. There will be a benefit tomorrow at the fair grounds that will help to raise funds to help pay for her upcoming bills. There will be dinner plates for you to eat. All they are asking for is a donation.

They are also asking for cake donations so that they can be raffled off during the event. There will also be music and a dance I believe.

The event will be from 5:00PM to 11:00PM.

We as EMS providers are so used to taking care of others; it is time to take care of our own.

I ask that you please show up at the fairgrounds and show your support for Kim Moreland.

If you can bake a cake for the raffle, that would be great. There may be other items that you can help with.
